Both in print and on You-Tube, this video descibes some of the tips that I'd suggest if you were feeling down. Like all articles you may read, my words have been cut down and adjusted for publication purposes, so please note that this list is by no means exhaustive (nor did I provide the soundtrack!). I believe that depression is very serious, and when you are in a dark place, someone telling you to "Get outdoors" or "Clean up your diet" will never resonate. If you think you have been feeling down for too long, please contact me, or any other mental health practitioner - just don't leave it too long.
